Ms. Pritchard had a vision of creating a formal garden on the upper terraced area of her home in Williamsburg. Together we discussed and planned for the first phase of this renovation to be the removal and relocation of the exiting turf grass and the bordering of the walks / beds with gray granite cobble stones.

Once we saw this project taking shape, the excitement grew towards planting bordering plant material. In Williamsburg, deer can become a devastating part of every landscape so it is imperative to incorporate plant material deer do not like to eat. Planting a border of Munstead Lavandula will allow us to incorporate other material within their presence that deer would normally want to make their next feast.
